In the heart of downtown Vernon’s west end is Sun Valley. Formerly the Megaw building (circa 1908), Sun Valley Centre now contains unique retailers, health services, and professional services. It is also ‘home’ to the Downtown Vernon Association

Where is Sun Valley?

Under the only copper dome roof downtown!

Sun Valley is conveniently located on 30th Avenue on the corner of 34th Street in the downtown business district of Vernon, BC. It offers a unique blend of commercial services and urban residential apartments. The original site of the complex can trace its roots to a retail business in 1895, which served both a farm community and the developing town of Vernon.

What’s inside?

Many things!

Sun Valley is actually comprised of numerous professional services and retailers catering to the residents and tourists of Vernon and the North Okanagan Regional District. The mall consists of four floors. The basement, main, and second floors hold our local businesses and the top floor consists of residential apartment suites.

When can you visit?

Monday through Saturday!

The building is centrally located, secure, and is within walking distance to many residences and amenities including supermarkets, banking, restaurants, community services, and assorted retail shoppes. It is also only a couple blocks from the Schubert Centre and Halina Seniors Centre.
